Resort Policies

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

All arrivals after 8 p.m. 7 days a week must stop at the security guard booth at the resort entrance.

Minimum age to book a room is 21.

A $100 security deposit is required at check-in and refundable upon check-out.

All guests should check in at the property management office.

Children are allowed at all Festiva Resorts.

Pets are not allowed at Blue Ridge Village.
