Festiva Adventure Club Members FAC members who would like to visit Blue Ridge Village should click here to view the resort's points chart to determine the number of points it will take you to book the unit size, number of nights, and time of year you wish to travel.
Then send an e-mail to memberservices@festiva.travel providing as much information about your reservation request as possible, including the full name as it appears on your account, your requested resort, date and unit size, and the best way to reach you to complete your reservation transaction. You will then be contacted by a Member Services representative to discuss the details of your reservation. Peppertree Vacation & Travel Club Members View the Peppertree Vacation & Travel Club points charts on the PVTC Member’s Section of our website to determine when and where you would like to travel, and call 888-737-7373 to make your reservation. Floating Week Owners Log in to the Festiva Resorts Owner’s section of www.festiva.travel and view the color season calendar for the resort you wish to visit. Then complete a reservation request form, providing all of the requested information. You will then be contacted by a Central Reservations Representative to discuss the details of your reservation.
